Sure, but the only times he used is to run directly at the enemy. If he is flying, he might try to laser Genji, which Genji can deflect, dodge, or do this shit. He's got plenty of ways getting to homie via wall-climbing or just constantly poking him with shirukens until Homie loses his temper and bumrushes him. Arguably, Homie's lasers wouldn't even effect Genji, but I won't argue that since it isn't in the profile.
Could Genji rlly deflect it? I mean, he can't deflect Zarya's laser nor Symmetra and Domina's stuff

To expand on this, he can deflect Zarya's Ult, but as for the others, that could just fall under gameplay logic. He can't deflect Sigma throwing a rock at him or Doomist punching him. However, he still has NPI, so he should be able to deflect lasers

It's moreso decisive, I think. If Homelander lasers at close range, Genji just kinda dies. It might be closer with Reyes, but that's because Reyes might actually get hit in melee with fists (due to blocking, not because he's unskilled) instead of being a literal ninja.

Speed is equalized. Without it, John would be a fair bit faster than the Cyborg Ninja Dude for being Hypersonic+ to Genji's Hypersonic.

Ah, i'm talking about the act of deflecting itself, not the speed, Genji can't really deflect things like lasers in the game, but I wasn't sure if that's game mechanic or not
I would argue that he has deflected things similar enough with his NPI and the rest can be filed under gameplay mechanics. Even if that is NOT the case, Genji just has way too many options to avoid the lasers
You can but there are any examples of him actually using info well? Maybe season 1, but that is more of manipulation rather than battle. Other than that - he believes his own hype that he is a God, so its likely he is just not going to use it or maybe gloss over it before - well you read the first reply

It really wouldn't. Homelander hasn't ever been show to use prior knowledge in battle effectively even then his battle skill is so shit he is either going to laser or bumrush him - both of which Genji has counters to. This isn't a stomp because apparently Homie's lasers can put Genji down, but Genji should take this low difficulty
