Do note that Homelander is able to one-shot him with any attack due to a scaling chain, although F led with duplication the moment he got X’s gem, which would make him be able to generate at least 65 (possibly more offscreen) clones of himself, and Homelander often resorts to punching.

F can also fire his own in which one of those types is capable of slowing the personal time of someone down along with their attacks, as well as being able to paralyze someone to the point of being incapable of moving with a thought (Though they can still move their eyes around).
