Zoom dosen't stop time, he controls his own timestream, Simply everything he does is relative to himself

Such as making everything frozen to Zolomons vision, To people's perspective hunters zolomons eyes are filled with pure kinetic energy with vibrating eyes, Then when he see's a speeding object toward Zoom, and he instantly runs away from the object

Hunter Zolomon does not affect time, nor manipulates it, He only controls his very own timestream, which means he can choose to control 2 perspectives in his vision + Dismantled from time itself

That Is In Fact Invalid, Hit does not control his own personal timeline, he skips time and manipulates time itself in a bubble, Such as Jiren was stuck in a Timeframe construct that had sheer physical connection to reality itself, That Jiren Simply shattered.

To Be Honest Time Itself Being A Physical Construct, Seems Alot Weaker than Time With No Physical Presence In Reality Itself

Jiren wouldn't be able to punch A Time construct if it didn't have any physical quantities

Afterall Hit does not have any superspeed or manipulate the flow his time, he skips time which is something entirely different, He has a limit, unlike hunter zolomon he has no limit at all

I think Hit's Time-Skip is similar to what Tracer from Overwatch does, in that he skips a personal moment in his personal time stream (Tracer doesn't really skip, just accelerates her time).
