Black however, has a very significant AP and speed advantage over Hit, and can end him with his Sickle of Sorrow. However, Hit's time abilities would make it hard for Goku Black to counter him, since unlike Goku, he never fought him before

If so, then it might be more decisive for Black, but I doubt he knows about him as much as Goku does since watching < fighting.

Also, there was a no killing rule in the tournament, so Black might not realize in time Hit's status as an assassin and would be killed by him. But in case he does, Goku Black would likely dodge and the battle again, could go both ways

This actually isn't banned. Only matches with controversial and/or unknown scaling are looked down upon (such as any matches involving LSSJ Broly, SSB Gogeta, MUI Goku and UBW Jiren against each other, which people spammed lately)

Yeah, Black only has very little knowledge about Hit. Hit just needs to blow the air into Black's heart GG like he did with Goku. This should work. He should be able to avoid Black enough until he does this. I'm voting Hit here.

Hit would start with Time Skip and then use his punch most likely. Hit can also avoid Goku Black's attack by going into his alternate Pocket Realm

Hit would attack his vital organs, which will greatly weaken Black even if he won't be killed right away. It also one shotted Goku despite him being equal to Hit

Well, that's true.

Hit will also have to deal with 3-A clones with mid high regen and Hit also can't sense those not that it matters since he can't sense Black anyway

Black would actually have problems even finding Hit. Hit can obscure his own ki signature, hiding behind his illusions, which Black has never had to deal with. Also, Hit not being able to sense Black, kind of doesn't matter when you realize that Hit can't sense Goku either when he's a SSB and yet he can still fight him and sneak up on him.

The thing is for Black, is that he's at such a serious disadvantage due to having no knowledge on how Hit operates. Even Goku has only been able to effectively fight Hit through a combo of observation, trial & error and luck. Hit can effectively attack from anywhere within a 360 degree angle while hiding away, is effectively immune to all of Black's offense except the Sickle of Sorrow, which Black has only ever used once. In addition, Hit will be throwing out attacks that are very hard to detect or sense, let alone counter and he needs only one to strike a vital spot, which he will be aiming for, to win. Worse yet, this is Hit's go-to strategy that he will use immediately which doesn't really leave Black with a lot of time to respond with his own normal engagement methods, let alone having enough time to figure out he needs to use the more specific answers in his arsenal to overcome Hit.

Simply put, Hit will end this in short order, effectively blindsiding Black from the gate and simply unceremoniously killing him before he even really knows what's going on. I vote Hit.
