Higher reality than ultimate reality?

If a verse has a ultimate reality, like Brahman in Hindulism and there are reality, where superior in quality (R/F e.g.) than ultimate reality (Brahman e.g.). If it a anti feat or not?

Btw, did Brahman can get 1-A in new tiering system?
