Called a higher realm and higher plane of existence
unrestricted by time and place
expands completely across time so that sage from the past can interact with sage from the future
weaponizing its energy doesn't diminish its energy but rather expands it
It's expansion when too much spreads across the skies of the past to the future
One can manifest places using one's memories and imagination
Bartolosso's weapon seems to be capable of affecting the entirety of the plane

Is this 4D or 5D?
I'd say it is 4D initially but time passes the same way it does with Sky-realm regardless of whether they are in the present or past interacting atm which implies its time is still aligned within time yet exists across the entirety of the universe across all of past to future which makes a 4D space and the time as a whole is 5D
There is also the fact that it is unrestricted by the time of the Sky-realm yet has its own time that normally flows like linear time which can make it a 5D space instead of 4D space and that its time exists far higher than the Sky-realm's own time

It can also refer rather than a higher form of time that the Time they feel there (not the regular time) is in the sense of how you experience things, as a certain traveler from a higher dimensional plane of time and space says

'You can't waste time, because the passage of time is an illusion caused by the permanent discrepancy between your memory and your circumstances across all the simultaneously experienced moments of your life'

well this is all the information about it
other than repetition of the same thing such as
Supernal Magic being infinite already etc
existing everywhere in the world just unseen (likely due to it being in a higher plane of existence)
and overuse of it causes temporary sickness which is akin to overloading and uncontrolled release of said energy
erase the existence of even Souls
People can get trapped into this plane as a spirit unable to pass on to the cycle of death and rebirth

yeah the time might flow a bit differently cause he played a full game of chess in the plane while physically he only dozed off for a few seconds

recreation of the infinite can be done in the physical world or anything that they can do within it. Marquiares main goal is to spread these discovered planes so people can study them and slowly harness them to become daily use for people due to how it is a wellspring of cosmic wisdom that lets you do things that it has shown. Only Bartolosso is the one that managed to fully shake the plane in its entirety with his weapon which also affected the entirety of time due to how the supernal plane expands across all of time in the physical world. and due to how there are people who attempt it but are not strong enough mentally for it and end up being lost within it only a few of them can actually bring out those effects into the physical world and even though they can do it physically they can still suffer from the sickness

because if this plane really does exist and is 5D it would up the cosmology for the sky realm and also up the other higher realm that exists above even the entirety of its sky realm and the history of anything that transpires it.
That would also mean that the Otherworld or Crimson Horizon which is the canvas for reality exists even deeper than this as to reach the very empty canvas one also has to go through this plane of existence

in a sense what would happen is

• Sky-realm - 4D - Base universe
• Supernal Plane - 5D - A higher plane that exists within and deeper than Sky-realm
• Astral Realm or Divine Realm 6D - Plane that exists above everything within the Sky-realm and can affix entities into the Divine Realm which is the domain of Gods and Myths, conceptions, and abstraction that reborn them into higher dimensional existence that governs concepts that includes the concept of an Axis that runs through the infinite world and infinite stories of Astral and Sky-realm as Singularity that connects them
• Otherworld 7D - The Canvass of Reality where beings that can ignore dimensional barriers, space, and time exist allowing them to reach any plane as long as the concept of death exists there or death in any way occurs there as a choice and can be reached through the spatiotemporal phenomenon of Reality being torn apart
• Boundary/Estalucia/Holy Seat 8D - The realm that exists above all realms where the Omnipotent's clone resides. (A being of comparable level is said to also have blessings beyond the very concept of Magic as a whole)
