if someone is higher dimensional to the 5th dimension for example then wouldn't that mean they transcend the dualities of the verse??

Higher dimensional beings should have transduality??

Not unless there is context telling us whether or not dualities are limited to the 4th Dimension. They are concepts, so they may exist through all levels of space-time in the verse, or they may exist outside of space-time in general.
