Is coming back from being erased High Godly Regen?

Yagatarasu, the great wizard who sits at the end of the mountain: “Only by a single thought.”

Yuki: "A single thought...?　But even that must be erased. What is lost from the “script” is also lost from all functions of this story, isn't it?"

Yaakasu: “Only if one's will is strong enough to bring oneself back into the story.”

Yaakasu: “Only if one's will is strong enough to bring oneself back into the story.”

Unless this is mostly over exaggeration (which, from the looks of it is not the case) this should be HGR as it seems to imply narrative erasure and even mentions the basis for thoughts being erased as well. Though I'd get an official translation and not an MTL to be safe, at the very least the basis for thought (mind) being erased alone would imply MGR at the bare minimum, it should be HG though.
