Looking at Echo Echo's profile, it seems like they don't have anything that Geralt hasn't dealt with before, though uses their sound manipulation in ways he wouldn't initially expect. Echo Echo seems to be lacking in resistances and hax though, and Geralt has a huge versatility advantage, as well as having Instinctive Reaction and Analytical Prediction which will widen the skill gap that seems to be in Geralt's favor. Since Geralt is most in his element when fully prepped and in-the-know, being dropped into a fight with an unfamiliar being will give him some trouble, but not enough to skew the outcome to the point where it would be insurmountable in most cases.
