High 4-C Tournament Round 1, Match 2 (Mori Jin vs Mankar Camoran)

Alright, the first match ended with Perfect Cell's victory over Ultraman, now it's time for the second match!

The rules are the same as the first round
  • Speed is equalized
  • Both at High 4-C, of course (World Competition Arc Monkey King Mode Mori Jin is being used here)
  • Both with prior knowledge of each other
Who wins and why?

Mori Jin: 7
Mankar Camoran:
Incon:

Seems like Mori Jin has a lot more options than Mankar does.

What do both start with?
Mankar Camoran starts with a rather long monologue.
If he finishes it, or is interrupted (even verbally), then he starts casting various spells.
Among these are:
Silence Spells (Power Null),
Destruction Spells (High 4-C AP),
Disintegrate Spell (Disintegrates armor),
Summon Daedra Spell (Summoning, I believe it's a storm atronach?),
Reflect Spell (Magic Reflection),
Absorption Spell (Magic Absorption),
and two Restoration Spells (Healing).

His staff also has a more powerful disintegrate armor spell and a more powerful shock destruction spell.
He passively has 25% Damage Reflection, and 50% Magic Resistance.

Edit: Forgot to mention that all magic/spells in this context actually refers to reality warping.

Mori starts with close ranged combat. He can physically paralyse people with acupuncture which he does a lot in-character. He has Yeoui, a pole made out of Dragon bones which can extend multiple planetary distances and expand to the size of a small moon. He also has a gourd that can absorb attacks and people on a planetary level though he only uses it in emergencies. His armour can also transform into two other modes that boost his speed and strength respectively. Oh and Mori can create continental storms and shoot lightning from said storms.

So, paralyze + beating the shit out of opponent vs Monologue to magic.
Well, we have to consider that they have prior knowledge of eachother in this fight.
It seems unlikely Mankar will do a proper monologue knowing his opponent leads with paralysis.

Also note that if he's interrupted even verbally, he'll cancel his monologue to attack. He only continues if you sit there quietly like a good listener.

Also Merhunes's Razor isn't restricted, which gives him pretty potent information manipulation that he could use to change his opponent's history.

Through Mehrunes' Razor, Mankar can affect the underlying tones which compose the fundamental layer of reality. Through it, he can reshape an individual's Protonymic, the Tone of their Soul which defines their being within the Song of the Aurbis, and rewrite their whole history and being, such as what he did to himself and his children
Edit: I'm like 80% certain Mankar would have to cut him with the razor to do this.

Considering Mori's battle tactics are surprisingly good, he would only benefit from prior knowledge. Against people who use hax, he tries to beat them up as fast as possible. He can shove Yeoui into Mankar's mouth and then expand, blowing his head up. He's done this before with Prallthriller.

Speaking of Yeoui, Mori can just drop it on Mankar. He doesn't have the LS, nor the willpower to lift it and will be crushed beneath it.

... I don't suppose 25% damage reflection would help?

How exactly does this work?
He might be able to use the razor if it's not instant death.

The armoursuits would mitigate some of the damage. To the point that it wouldn't really matter.

He expands Yeoui to the size of a building/mountain/island and drops it on you. Alternatively he throws it at you and upon grabbing it, you fall under the weight of it.

It doesn't look good for Mankar.
He has some rare win cons involving the razor if he uses it correctly, but I think most of the time he's simply going to be outskilled and killed, especially since his spells are dodgeable.

I'll vote Mori Jin.
Low-diff.
