High 4-C Bloodborne?

Bloodborne currently sits at High 4-C due to A Call Beyond destroying a star. That much makes sense, but the amount of matter used in the attack doesn't come close to being a full-sized star explosion, and only seems to be a small portion of the destroyed star, which would suggest a rating more along the lines of Building level, Multi-City Block level if the matter in the explosion contains matter from the core. Now, I can understand the rating if the beings capable of using A Call Beyond are most assuredly capable of putting that same star-busting power behind other abilities of Arcane nature, but as it stands it doesn't make all that much sense to me. Can someone clarify?

You were LITERALLY TOLD how we went over this 4 times already, look up an old one instead of making another one just after your previous thread was closed......
