High 1-A

I viewed High 1-A and seen it was no longer used and characters either became Tier 1-A or 0, I have a character that would have been High 1-A, but I don't know whether to put them under 1-A or 0, they have no limitations besides one, and I don't know if it would even count as a true limitation.

What's the justification for being high 1-A? Cause before it would be something like transcending a 1-A as that 1-A transcends other beings. Some shit like that. Featherine is 0, but with a weakness. If they qualify as high 1-A they should be zero

The Creator and Chaos (God Genesis) are examples of Zero. And because of how the new system works you can have multiple 0. Drag said he would allow 5

Yes, high 1-A fused into tier 0. Anything that qualified as high 1-A by the older system is tier 0 on this new one.
