I noticed that the GT characters have been downgraded from 3-C based on the lack of proof that Omega scaled to the Unknown Evil that destroyed a Galaxy (or even how it did it)

Shouldn't the protagonist of Ultimate Tenkaichi be downgraded to 4-A as well via scaling from Omega??
