Looks like Midora's ap and dura are higher, but the speed is the same. That Minority World seems strong, but H'el may be able to counter it with his own monecule manipulation.

Can Midora stop a teleportation BFR attempt?

I'm going to go with H'el on this one. Yes Midora does have the advantage a bit with strength and Durabilty. But H'el is just an absolute monster powerhouse with his powerful telekinesis is so op, being able to manipulate on the molecular level, not to mention he was strong enough to take on the ENTIRE superman family, defeating superman,super boy, power girl, and supergirl. He has the advantage of range so he could get midora before he could attack first, not to mention H'el has the ability to mess up midoras mind, so he could trick him to attack something else and leave him. Wide open, one ability I'm contemplating about Is if h'el could travel back in time to see midoras past and take advantage of his undying love for froese, but then I realized he could just enter his mind and figure that out, and with that he can have his astral projections take the form of foresees and leave a small opposing to attack him. This won't be easy given the small edge midora has on him AP,durability, and I be,I've speed. But with midoras skill and mind and molecule hax I see H'el taking this match.

H'el seems to have a counter for almost all hax Midora could display. He can bypass Minority World with his matter manipulation; Hungry Space with his psionic barriers + teleportation; Gourmet Luck should be the only ability standing against H'el, but I don't think that is enough to defeat him in the end.

If the fight is really short, Midora shouldn't be able to mimic all that mind hax on time, since he hasn't shown any resistance to that kind of abilities.

H'el's mind hax seems to be very OP, so I think he wins.

Gourmet Luck will not defeat him but it can be used to give midora enough time to survive since it basicly luck(probability manipulation) so mind hax should not be an issue wherever midora has show any resistance to that kind of abilities or not.

Also since I don't have much time with this before you guys starting to go all out with ohh I use NLF and blah3, in toriko verse gourmet luck is hype as an special ability that pretty much can beat any other power including invincibility which of course is not entire true since it turn out if you can eat gourmet luck then you can beat gourmet luck and its not the most broken ability in this wiki but I imagine someting like mind hax is not spesial enough to entirely bypass this abillity without any resistance.
