Ignoring any scaling to physicals, the feats should still apply to AP via Fire/Heat Manipulation similar to other Fire/Heat manipulators on this site.

We would have the following:

At least 8-C physically. Up to Low 7-C via Fire Manipulation | High 8-C physically. Up to Low 7-C via Fire Manipulation

What do you guys think?

Done.

Ok so after Kid HB got captured by Vilgax, he melted the thing made to contain him and went really serious yet wasn’t able to do shit against Vilgax to the point he had to resort to indirectly incapacitating him.

Alan Albright managed to push away Vilgax with a single fire blast in AF S3E1, implying his fire is more potent than kid HB as well as just generally scaling higher than him.

Alan Albright just noped out of his beam struggle with Big Chill once the latter got serious, meaning he was basically at his limit (supernova hot) against a casual Big Chill.

Ult. Big Chill > BC and NRG > BC cause BC couldn’t fully freeze P’andor.

Bivalvan could withstand P’andor heating up his own armor to burn the former’s arm and Swamps (Albedo’s actor guy) couldn’t do anything against NRG’s armor.

Teen HB casually broke out of Ult. BC’s ice after it was used to contain Ghostfreak.

Teen HB can’t harm Tetrax 23 (still need to research on this)

Ult. Swampfire can vaporize DH’s crystal shards, who’s heat resistance should scale to Tetrax 23.

AF Vilgax can withstand Ult. Swampfire’s heat and regular Swampfire can still somewhat burn Vilgax.

Ok so as a reference for others to see, you’re talking about this scene right here.

Anyway, Supernova Hot, which I’ll call SNH for short, has only been shown on two occasions. Both instances show that heat and range, and sometimes velocity, are needed to perform SNH; the range is a large part of the reason it’s low 7-C after all. So in this instance, against Vilgax, where’s the feat or statement that shows Heatblast is SNH other than assumptions?

Yeah, looking at the videos, I'm going to agree with Zamasu Chan. There seems to be a clear distinction between SNH and Heatblast's regular attacks.
