Sledge has ranged attacks, but if He-Man gets to close combat he should be able to handle him due the speed being equalized.

Sledge has this. He defeated Lord Arcanon, who while holding massively back and not even trying was able to produce over 100 Yottatons. He also survived the destruction of his ship, which could perform a Ninaton grade feat by pulling the Earth, granted the destruction of the ship damaged him quite a bit.
Sledge was also able to fight on part with multiple Rangers at once, casually tossing them around during the final battle. The Rangers are strong enough to match Heckyl, who could destroy planets and was a decent match for a somewhat weakened Sledge (weakened Sledge is the one who scales off of Acanon and thus is the 5-A version)
