Some made up context here, hopefully this would help you understand.
There is a Multiverse. Made up from three seperated timelines/space times. The creator of said multiverse is stated to be the author, and sees the entire multiverse as fiction, he literally sees it as manga/comic book/video game/anime etc.. while the characters inside of said multiverse treat it as thier reality and world. [Some are aware that they are simply just fictional.] We can see the author treating said multiverse as fiction by literally drawing it, and whenever we are on the author's perspective, we can see the world as a flat paper/manga/anime etc....
Would the author in this case be 5D since he sees and treats [he even created said multiverse with using a pen and a normal paper, enforcing the idea that the multiverse is literally just fiction to him] the multiverse as fiction? Would he get Plot manipulation for drawing and controlling everything in the world? If not, why? And would his plot manipulation be 5D or just 4D?
