Hazbin Hotel: Top-Tiers downgrade

I see. That is unfortunate. I was asked to comment here, but I'm not really qualified to do so.
If you give me a list of calc group members you'd want notified, I can ping them for you.
hmm. Only people I can think of are Mr Bambu and SunDaGamer.
I greatly appreciate your help

There are four pages. Has anything changed or can I just read the OP?

Alright. I'm off to work soon, so I might forget to return to this, feel free to bother me a little if it becomes a long time.
In case you're off work, I provide you this message
OP summarized basically says that the Adam Laser calc is wrong for numerous reasons and Rusty, who originally reviewed the calc, also said on page 1 he believes it's bogus
There's also a recalc of the feat here that, whenever possible, should be reviewed to see if it's of any use. If not, we'll just replace all relevant scaling and make them scale to the prior Adam feat which seems usable.
Thank you for your time.

I also think they shouldn't scale to it physically

Yeah, fair. My life remains busy, I don't really have the time, but I did say I would, didn't I?

Looking at the calc, I can see some issues that would lead to a distortion in size. Angular size is already one of our more tenuous, finnicky methods, and even small issues- like non-straight scaling lines- can lead to considerable changes in determined distance (and thus, size). The image determining distance to the dome as it falls, for example, seems to fall in this trap. There's other anomalies, such as the speed Charlie was supposedly falling at.

In pointing these small things out, I don't aim to provide them as central reasons to discredit this calc, but rather to say that this does seem like a situation where the math may have gone astray. As it stands, I'd agree with striking this down, though a replacement calc that yields more technically possible results would be preferred (not sure if someone did that, normally these discussions are prompted by such a replacement having already been made). Failing that, we need to look for what stats change and who scales to what.

I see. Well, that you very much for your input
Adam, Lucifer, and Charlie would be the only people downgraded since no one else (currently) scales and they'd be 7-C from Adam's causal light beam that destroyed pentious and his blimp and be Subsonic, likely supersonic like the rest of the verse since, if i'm understanding this right, Lucifer's speed feat and Adam's laser speed feat are wrong too

It seems that we got two CGMs saying the calc is wrong and a staff member saying they'd vote agree for the downgrade is the evaluator of the calc said it was wrong (which Rusty did).
I think we just need one more staff vote and then we're good for downgrades

Here's a replacement: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:TugiaTheNarrator/Hazbin_Hotel:_Adam's_lasers_recalc

We can recalc the feat whenever (ik there's already a recalc, but i'm saying we don't have to rely on one) and hope CGMs look at it but, for now, I'm just removing Adam's, Charlie's, and Lucifer's Mountain scaling and putting them at town level with Subsonic, likely supersonic speed (god does this verse need more speed calcs) for the foreseeable future til a recalc is accepted.
Thank God. We can FINALLY remove the mountain scaling, Hypersonic+ speed, and high hypersonic+ attack speed since the whole calc is deemed wack

alright then. Downgrades complete. God-tiers and Mid-tier are now At least 7-C and the god-tiers are Subsonic, likely Supersonic.
This verse needs good speed calcs
