Vox's psuedo-teleportation actually like does the whole visually 'teleporting' thing, alastor's does not.

He transforms into electricity to travel.
Alastor transforms into shadows to travel.
I don't really see a difference visually besides what they actually transform into.

This comes off as teleportation more than what alastor does, basically.
neither are technically teleportation, but Vox' genuinely just functions like teleportation more or less.

I think Eden has a point hereHe did do it that one when they both weren't looking at him so I'm more skeptical of it than the Lu one.
Rethinking it though, do think just the Lu one is enough to index the shadow thing as Pseudo-TP

Fair, but I think that's the closest to it.
You can also use him "blitzing" Alastor in Vees fight, but Al was holding back there and trying to present himself as weaker so meh.
