Don't think you've been keeping up with lots of 4-As then, DBZ, who's definitely more scrutinized than your average verse, got their 4-A value from someone threatening a realm that had stars in the background for one scene and were never alluded to again.

Main reason I'm asking this is because looking back at this whole scene, nothing about it follows a logic of 'he went down to go up'. Closest thing to it is him using the mineshaft to go down and then jumping through a well, but those two instances are not directly connected to one another. Striker could've done damn near anything in-between those two scenes, he didn't go down in a mineshaft only to be launched through a well (we would've seen the elevator flying through the well if that was the case)

Ok, so I was right. Yeah those two scenes are not directly after one than another, the elevator completely disappears. So Striker left the elevator and then did god-knows what before exiting the well

Correct, in fact its outright saying universe sized sections can exist in one larger universe. I'm just saying we literally can't go any higher than tier 3 until someone starts messing with the mortal realm.

The calc (at least when it comes to scaling to overlords and such, Lucifer would just scale to it) would be divided by the amount of people using magic beams to stop the overloading so, depending on how high the result would be, it still be 4-A
