Comi, pal, bud. Overlords scaling to magic in this verse is not at ALL uncommon, that's like, most of Alastor’s fighting style. Also Velvette landed a solid hit on Husk and he was generally fine.
Even with no UES, people scale to this.

To play the Devil's (daughter's) advocate, her mental health was in the gutter at the beginning of the season, which exacerbated her flaws (stubbornness and naivety). I do think she should be average for intelligence though.
I ain't got much for Lucifer though, I think bro's IQ just drops when Charlie's name is mentioned.

I think she should be average yea cuz in Pilot/Season 1 she was kind of fine compared to Season 2 absolute nonsense.

Overloading by definition means the weapon had more energy inside than it could handle. And the explosion is just said energy being released.
It's basically 1-to-1 with what we do with Emerl rn, overloading and all.

Well clearly not since what Carmille said is much less impressive than the initial beam. It was overloading not because it couldnt handle the energy but because Carmille and Vaggie messed with it causing it to overload if fired again
All Angelic Weapons should be that and that would make Alastors forcefield and specifically his shadows High 6-A
Which means Adam one shot a barrier that angelic weapons couldn’t pierce… holy upscale wtf

You think Carmila calced how many times it was used to determine just how weakened Lu became?
Also all Carmila and Vaggie managed to do was shut it down for a few seconds, and if anything, Vox directly siphoning energy from Lu made it take more energy, not less. Kinda also a given since Lu looked basically fine before the wires pierced him.

They attack the wires and the systems, right after that Carmilla says the weapon is now beyond its limit and will overload and blow if its used again. I think its clear that their intervention ****** it up

I also have a question for the 2 calculations that are accepted, why is vaporization not used for either? (or at least I assume so) as the laser was shown explicitly vaporizing sinners just like Adam, maybe the explosion might not be, but it seems like angelic power is generally just vaporizing stuff, so it could work for the explosion too?

yeah i think it should work, unless we assume SOMEHOW Lucifer power is not the same type of power has Adam?
it also left a bit of fire on Baxter (who was not even fully hit)

The fact that it was vaporizing sinners proves the power is the same, so arguing with Adam rather than what is presented anyways doesn't matter.
