One Punch Man is mainly because of the time that they gave the animators and bad coordination, not because of money or anything. Many big names were called to animate it but have given barely any time. You can pay any amount of money, but if the time isn't good enough, you won't get anything good. Shit, one decent animation scene of 30 seconds takes over a month to make. You can pay one million of bucks, but if you make the time limit be one day, you will get a power point animation

People think everyone is average, but average means that there's a considerable amount below them so like a fraction of the people u interact with are below average in intelligence. I think VSBW should probably separate below average into two different categories, between characters who are just dumb like Lucifer and idk characters who speak in third person, which is probably what people imagine when they say below average
