As long as its explained on the profile, higher-D manip and spatial manip would both be acceptable.
And while I don't know anyone punching an enemy into a square, the ability to remove dimensions isn't too rare. (And by nature it should even by 1-B smurf, since being higher D has no bearing on losing spatial dimensions normally).
