The rules are simple each person can make 2 entries.

Regeneration up to high is allowed so chose your characters wisely

No hax that is too broken like conceptual manipulation reality-warping and etc only mid hax is allowed

Also no characters from the big 3 from anime one piece, bleach and naruto(since I already chose a naruto character)

Speed is equalized in all matches

Certain hax can be restricted

7 to 100 teratons only here

Edit since this is a hax and high regen tournament certain hax can be allowed like conceptual manipulation within reason of course. The chooser of the character can vote for their character and if a tie is reached I will be the tie breaker. This is called the chooser's votes and the matches can still proceed however the character moves on. Standard equipment only. Kazuma is banned and disqualified from this tournament and any character changes will not count.

D4C ultimate basically negs like, everything without Infinite Multiversal range. In addition, his adaptations allow him to surpass that which he adapts too, which is kinda unfair. The whole tournament will be them vs themselves + 1.
