This one is short and quick. Hat Kid should have a separate tabber when having time pieces since it's the items that specially have those powers. Anyways, any of the abilites Mustache Girl has with the Time Pieces should be the same for Hat Kid as they use the same item. She should also have greater knowledge on how to use them.
