My first one is Harambe tearing Spongebob in half.
And I'm wondering what tierthis video would place Harambe at?

Harambe has the intelligence to lead his own entire Pokemon GO Team that can hold its own against the other teams while remaining hidden from the public entirely, even after Harambe was "Killed", so Harambe should be a very skilled tactician, leader, and much more

I try to avoid creating characters with joke tiers.

We're making this thread to get Harambe some actual feats. In the Arbitraryverse, we scale them to already existing characters, not rank them based off of memetic value or relevance.
