Juneteenth basically marks the end of slavery in the United States, turning literal millions of African Americans from enslaved individuals to free ones. The country's 16th President, Abraham Lincoln, issued an executive order on New Years of 1863, and it was fully implemented on June 19th.
So Juneteenth is basically why black users in America are capable of even coming on this website.
