Then I think Blitztank has the edge, though I'm not that good at reading joules. I give it to Blitztank for now for better range attacks and edge in AP.

Since you seem have problems with e conversion, the feat Blitztank scales to is 1.9e8 Joules

Oof, no. The Tank is massively outclassed in AP. Being equal to 1.9e8 <<< being vastly superior to 1.169. Not to mention, he actually scales to Vaporization of a Human, which is 300 Megajoules.

Like, MAG Hank can literally one-shot people on Jesus' level with a single punch, and that was his first MAG form.

MAG hank wins via skill, mobility (Tanks can't exactly do parkour or dodge), and experience alongside AP and abilities.
