At this point, in this form, Zeed is just a stronger Kirby, lol.. I don't even think Hades will fight it, there isn't any point to. Even if they want to fight, Hades will find things completetly uselss. If Zeed could go all out, then yeah... Hades loses. (As much as I love Hades and how I fanboy over Hades, Hades is losing the all out battle.) Even if he were to use his true power(Hades) he would still lose in an all out fight. The full strength of him is unknown, but by the greek mythology, they are still no where near beings that of Elder god Demonbane. Hades at full power with the true Greek (My older brother was a Greek nerd back then so this is forced knowledge..) mythology, in since they cannot top Demonbrane (Even though Zues is somehow omnipresent in his verse) they cannot defeat a lot of heavy hitters in a lot of comics, anime/manga, ect. For example, Reinhard(Dies Irae) I don't think the Mythology of Hades and Zues can even defeat the Elder god. With that in mind, even then again, couldn't Demonbane beat Zeed at his full potential anyway, even with hax? Yog>Zeed. I think Zeed could probably give Demonbane a hard time due to hax, but who knows.. In any case, in all out battle, even with Hades having the help of the whole entire verse of Saint Seiya, he'd still lose. And you guys are limiting Zeed, so it's either a tie, or the fight really might not just happen. So my vote is at this being a tie.. If Zeed could go all out, Zeed wins. In any case, it's a tie.

Due to the way Hades is and how Zeed is, everything will be absorbed from Hades, with this knowledge, Hades wouldn't want to use anything, with speed being equalized, and Hades' experince, Hades can hold his own until they both decide to just call it a tie.

Due to Hades' intelligence, he will know that his attacks are uselss, then run like a coward. Even when pride comes in, unless his true form somehow is a haxed 1-A tier being, there is no way he is going to touch Zeed. Yeah, Zeed can attack Hades, but I doublt with the way Hades thinks, and how he will react to the absortion. I don't think Hades will even attempt to fight, so he will be on the defensive, using his powers to defend himself, as Zeed will be too busy absorbing. As you can tell, Hades' stamina is limitless, so this will last forever..
