For what i see, Guts should win this fight (maybe with difficulty, but still win).

Anyway, Screwattack has already done a lot of bullshit in previous battles (Gaara vs Toph, Goku vs Superman, Kirby vs Majin Buu, Ryu Hayabusa vs Strider Hiryu, Link vs Cloud, Starscream vs Rainbow Dash and Zelda vs Peach).

Then we should expect every possible outcome in this Death Battle, even the most stupid.
