Why exactly is the multiverse feat treated as 11d in context, if he was integrating with the multiverse by fusing with the different versions of himself in context?

We did have quite a bit of threads discussing this, but I do not remember full details. I also do not have much time, but I could simply just link some previous threads when I do some digging.

As much as I like Gurren Lagann, the verse's "scaling" is too well. . . complicated

I believe it's because TTGL is a very complex verse where even typical universes that normally would be Low 2-C sized are actually High 1-C sized individually. It really only needs one temporal dimension, but they all have at least 10 spacio-temporal dimensions individually with the respective "Dimensions" being infinite in scale. Not to mention Anti-Spiral is native to a dimension that transcends even those infinite number of 10-D to 11-D universes which an argument could be made for 1-B. I'm unsure of it myself, but I have heard some possibilities for exactly that.

What is this based on? Also, I think a much more consistent interpretation is the universes themselves are 11-dimensional, rather than there being 10 and 11 dimensional universes. I think those might be mistranslated.

As to transcending infinite 11d space, I think it should qualify for 12d. Especially in context of other statements we have, such as the superdimensional anchor.

Please do so, because I'm confused as to why he would exactly have fused with the multiverse as the structure, opposed to the different versions of himself.

""Yeah!" The members of the Gurren Lagann behind me nodded vigorously when I said that. Thank you, brother. I believe in you who believes in me. I believe in my friends who believes in myself. Simon held up his core drill to the heaven and a flash of light flashed across the sky. Innumerable appearances of Simon appeared in the sky, and they were the past, the present, and the future, every place, every time, and the innumerable selves that live in a world of infinite possibilities. There is no escaping wherever you go. In a closed infinite universe, various lives are repeated. In that universe of possibilities, Simon twisted the innumerable selves he had drilled into one, twisting them together into a giant drill, and before he realized that it was a huge drill, Simon wasn't there but Gurren Lagann. There stood Gurren Lagann, holding up the giga drill, "Let's go, buddy!""

This specific description says they're the innumerable selves that he fused with, not the structure of the multiverse itself.
