Maybe imaging buu dead, but buu isn't a person and him being dead requires all his body to be destoryed and he dosen't know that so I doubt that would work... buu probably slaps him first killing him instantly anyway sense nothing indicates that as an opening move.

Even if you equalize speed, Buu's aura alone would decimate Gremmy. The stats gap is astronomical.

What's more important is that he wouldn't know what's required to kill buu, so he wouldn't be able to properly imagine him dead, buu dosen't look normal, and it implies he has to believe something can happen for it to work, so he'd imagine buu being cut in half, he'd just grow back and the guy wouldn't be able to imagine how to kill buu before buu kills him.

Gremmy's ability struggled with Kenpaichi who greatly outstat him. So it has some clear limitations and weakness, can't work on beings far more powerful than him. So this suggests that if Gremmy had time to use his hax it wouldn't affect Buu.

Normally we don't apply the AP>Hax rule in this wiki, but if said ability was stated or shown to have said weakness in verse, then we can't assume it will work on these scenarios

This again requires gremmy understands what is necessary to kill buu, he dosen't, he'd at best imagine buu cut in half, in which case buu immediately reforms shocking him, before he can even start to imagine what might be able to kill this creature buu approaches and kills him with a single slap.
