Yeah uhh.. ain't s*** getting through Cap's shield, Cap would close in, disarm, and just outskill to hell and back.

Cap can block a lot of GA's arsenal, but there are still some things like sonic arrows and explosive arrows that Cap realistically can't block with just a shield. I definitely agree that Cap would have the advantage over him in hand-to-hand combat though. I can see it going either way rn.
