A few questions:

Firstly, would changing the gravitational constant of the universe significantly (like to 9000) qualify as 3-A?

What other things could make that ability 3-A?

How could I connect gravity manipulation with density manipulation?

How could both tie in to black holes?

How could density manipulation be put into a battle applicable power?

How could density manipulation be 3-A?

1. Lot of math going on, but basically the number you give won't put a dent to the Universe's expansion rate. The density is simply too small, you have to crank up the universal constant to a ridiculous decree to compensate for the 10^-26 kg/m3 of density in a Dark-matter-dominance Universe of our. That would make every planet and star in the universe into a black hole and wipe out all life on the universe though. (Still wouldn't put it into 3-A though, since the physical matter is technically there)

2.Put that thing in reverse, thus changing the nature of gravity all together (from pull to push) and accelerate the heat-death of the universe.

3. The way they work is basically the same: To push thing apart or pull thing together. But while Gravity is only limited to physical thing, Density also affect conceptual thing (like popularity density, the charisma of people, or the principal of locality (another way of saying probability, in which you check how thing "gather" as one range of possibility))

4. Gravity is a curvature of space-time, so you could imagine a gravity spot as a well that gather (density concept here) matter in one place. Black hole is an extreme version of that.

5.Judge by the range, and how much they gather or disperse the matter.

6.Disperse all matter in the universe to energy, then gather all energy together to destroy the universe. Or you could create a Big Crunch by gather space if you already have that range.

^Technically, it have a universal range if that abilities of your could alter the force of the universe like that.
