im talking about the only char who hasa profile in this wiki, yuujiro: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Yujiro_Hanma
his speed is listed as supersonic+ because he is faster than someone who can attack with shickwaves,
but he nevr once showed the speed to dodge something like that and therefore cant be said to be faster than that guys attack speed,
seems way to vague for me
best option imo would be "subsonic+ (being easily faster than any other char with at most 2 notable exceptions: his son and miyamoto musashi)" maybe we can at most put him to transsonic reaction speed because he fought in wars barehanded :/
