I think Future Gohan scales to a way higher level, as he should be at least on par with Goku on Namecc, who was even/superior to 100% Frieza, while we have no evidence that Chilled scales to the same level of his descendant.

You're comparing Toei continuity and Manga continuity so idk about that

Ok, so it seems Gohan is Low 4-C by fighting the two androids who were using less than 50% of their full power (which considering they're 4-C, should probably put SSJ Future Gohan in the Low 4-C+ range. I'm pretty sure he would have at least beated 100% Frieza)

But as of now, Gohan is Low 4-C by downscaling from 50% of Android 17's power.

SSJ Bardock's Low 4-C seems to be more unclear. I'm actually not sure from where their Low 4-C ratings come from

Low 4-C starts at 7.5 Tenatons. Toei High 5-A characters seem to massively upscale from 13 Ninatons, or at least that what I remember. Multiplying that by 50 gives us 650 Ninatons, which is still High 5-A

apparently base anime freeza saga goku is already rated small star and that same goku negged the ginyu force causally

chilled is rated the same cuz he's also said to be stronger than the ginyu force, likely even higher than base goku

The thing is that WHY the Ginyu Force are considered Low 4-C

We don't see any calc to determine why they are Low 4-C in the first place, and the only reason I can think of is applying the SSJ multiplier for Bardock to his High 5-A key. But even then, assuming we use 13 Ninatons, this isn't even close to Low 4-C
