Going by our scaling chain N.E.O is the strongest for being far above Yggdrasil and Gracenovamon is the weakest whose only feat so far is being above Apollomon and Dianamon.

Wouldn't Jesmon GX go above Neo since he has the OS Generics wich basically allows him to go above the laws of the universe?He was going to use that on Ogudomon X,whose data was stated as close to that of the True Yggdrasil by Dukemon X and as such nothing and no one could even harm him Ogudomom X took Alphamon Oryuken,Omegamon X and Dukemon X out like ants.It was stated that if he could strike with OS Generics it would cause a contradiction in Ogudomon's Digicore that would nullify its immortality and intangibility. And this is as Jesmon X.Becoming GX should have empowered his OS Generics by a lot.
Also he can erase anyone out of existence no matter how powerful they are or what hax they may have with Knights Intruder.

N.E.O scales far above True Yggdrasil, so much that Yggdrasil can't even process him, and he also scales to being able to destroy Kernel. Via current feats GX is below it.
Also he needs external help of other RKs to use Knights' Intruder
