Hughie has very little fighting experience, but the few times he did fight with Temp-V, it was:

• He teleported in front of a soldier and punched through him.
• Punched A-Train out of resentment even though he apologized.
• Teleported to push off Homelander (not like he could do more versus him) and then distracted him so that Butcher and Soldier Boy could get the upper hand, then he helped to restrain him.

So Yeah, not much.

I vote to Hughie FRA. Hughie's teleportation can dodge attacks from James and embarrass James (which can leave him embarrassed for a few seconds). With the higher AP and possible higher LS, Hughie has more chance to win.
