Air Man can take away air from someone? Since when has he done that? All I know is he can blow tornadoes and be an annoying boss in MM2

They are comparable in power so Goku is winning not for being massively stronger but more skilled and overall better fighter. This hardly counts as a stomp because his opponent can kill him as TMM stated, but he won't do it with ease considering the difference Goku holds in everything else.
