PM has silk and higher LS and Reptilicus has over 2x the AP and acid

I think this depends on how his acid works and whether he leads with it as otherwise he just gets spider-man'd

1) Thank you
2) His acid appears to be powerful on the movie. The main problem is that we don't really see it a lot, as it is mainly on the American version. With the AP, I think he could do some damage
3) Keep in mind he also flies, and he knows about Primitive Mothra

doubt knowledge would help much since he has animalistic intellect unlike someone like godzilla who improvizes on the fly. I want an example of what the acid can do. Can it go through metal and stuff?
 
I researched in most media available, and it appears the best it does is melting humans. So yeah, it won't do a lot, although it can serve as a distraction. Also, the knowledge could help a bit. Primitive Mothra also hasn't shown a lot of durability feats, while Reptilicus has fought the military before, although, again, it might not be a lot of help. For the webs, the acid might help a little with the webs, again, a little

i think PM takes this since acid won't pierce her hide since she basically has tank-like durability
