Goro Akechi VS. Seifer Almasy

You should probably link the characters in the OP.

Voting for Goro via Almighty and Call of Chaos tearing through Seifer's resistance to mindhax and causing a psychotic breakdown. If not, Negative Pile inflicts Despair and Seifer has no resistance to empathic manip.
 
Crow via the Call of Chaos unfortunately Seifer doesn't scale to the rest of the cast who survive Time Compression. Now If only thier rivals can get thier fight going.
