Okay, before anything else, I'm just started to WH40K and I bring this up purely from the profiles.

So, G&M are High 1-B for being stronger than Chaos Gods and since Chaos Gods has now a baseline 1-A key, I think GM should be scaled to this. I know their High 1-B key is a bit of a stretch because it's possibly exaggerated but since they're explicitly stated to be stronger than CGs, I think there is no reason not to. G&M should be changed to:

At least 1-B, likely High 1-B, possibly 1-A.

I don't think Gork and Mork have ever actually shown to be superior to Chaos, or really anything besides being on the same plane of existence. Chaos is extremely varied, which is part of what makes the gods so strong, while I genuinely don't know if Gork and Mork's domain extends beyond "all possible versions of Orks".

Regardless, Chaos might be getting a small tier change soon, so this should probably wait until I finish a certain blog, which should be done today or tomorrow.

What about this? They can tank attacks from "other gods" (In other words, chaos and emperor) with ease and can hurt each other.

Also, does the Ork WAAAGH qualify as a form of Toon Force ? I know it's meaningless on this scale but should still be included

Said lore is just saying they can take hits from the other gods (which really isn't anything new). The Orks don't even have their current codex yet, so unfortunately we don't know how much about Gork and Mork they're actually planning to put in there.

I don't think the WAAAGH! is Toon Force. It's closer to varied Reality Warping and Statistics Amplification powered by belief + number of Orks.

There is no 8 ed codex yet so the 7 ed codex is the active one. We know from here that G&M are da biggest and da strongest. Have a look at the scans in my previous post (4ed codex and 7 ed codex)

I'm pretty sure there was a quote somewhere stating that as the chaos God's grow more and more powerful and the inevitable convergence of everything looms nearer, Gork and Mork must fight harder and harder against the endless ranks of daemons lest they be overwhelmed. While some daemons are extremely powerful in the warp, the only outright 1-As are the chaos God's, emps, and ynnead. Any sort of issue with regular daemons should preclude solid 1-A. While I personally kinda equate the situation to sigmar, in that the Ork gods may very well be "stronger" but that doesn't matter as they are beings while chaos is concepts and stuff, there's not enough evidence of that.

There are minor gods of chaos. Them being stronger than other gods doesn't mean they're stronger than the big 4, Malice, Emps, etc. Hive mind goes as low as 1-C, Them being stronger than a bunch of eldar gods makes more sense, as well as minor CGs. The emperor has kinda become one, in a sense, at this point, but even in universe nobody truly knows exactly what the emperor is right now.
