Round 1 : No HEV suit, Bare fists only. (and maybe some rocks i dunno)
Round 2 : HEV Mark IV with crowbar, Steve has iron armor and sword.
Round 3 : Same as Round 2 but Steve has a shield.
Round 4 : Mark V Gordon vs Base Diamond Steve with shield
Round 5 : Mark IV Gordon with Spas-12 + Crowbar, vs diamond steve with fully decked Power 5 Bow + Sharpness V Sword and Prot 4. Shield exists.
Round 6 : Mark V Gordon with all equipment from half life 1 (other than alien weapons and the TAU cannon) VS netherite steve, Again fully decked out. + 2 End crystals + 6 Beacons and 16 unenchanted golden apples. 5 enchanted apples and strength II with speed effect and 2 instant heal splashes. Steve will use harming arrows. Steve has no pickaxe and one stack of cobblestone. One shield + Spare set of unenchanted diamond. 3 totems. Steve does not have thorns.

Assuming they are played by skilled players.
Gordon cannot use the console, Steve has no commands or boosts. (cmon, operator steve and console gordon is an inconc)
Takes place in a nether fortress (an empty one)
Gordon has about 200 bullets for his pistols and 300 for his primary.
Gordon does not get explosives outside of grenades.
