I think midoriya's body will strain faster but he got higher AP but gon is much faster than midoriya so it comes down to who can kill first. I think Midoriya can go full cowling and kill gon before he has the chance to go Adult gon, and not only that if gon does has a fast transformation Gon denfense < Midoriya AP so I think midoriya got this.

If Gon were to use his adult form, he would stomp Deku, but would probably die afterwards. In their normal forms, Gon needs too much time to prepare and Deku has much faster attacks, meaning he could prevent Gon from using Jajanken completely. So the starting range is important. If these two have at least 1 kilometers between each other at the start, Gon can prepare a Jajanken. But in most situations, Deku is the more favorable option. Voting for Deku

With that speed difference Gon will have prepared several Jajankens before Deku can interrupt him.
