@Teezar What are you smoking? Xeno Goku can manipulate probability, This is also a Passive Ability. Reduce 20% of Damage from a attack meaning if I use a universal punch on you, now its only multi galaxy since its ap was reduces 20%, This is also a Passive Ability.

He can also nullify/seal his opponents powers and debuff his oppenents more than the already 20% passive abillity. Meaning if he reacts to superman he could steal all of his abillitys and one shot him since without hes abillitys weve seen him lose to Mohammed Ali who is MABYE Super Human level.

He can also negate Regeneration and immortality type 8 with his Keysword which is a sword he posses. FEAT: Regeneration Negation via Keysword: was able to cancel out Mechikabura’s Regeneration, due to Trunks being able to negate Mechi’s infinite Regen due to the Keysword

With his keysword He also has time manipulation and can manipulate it to any degree.
FEAT: Time manipulation (powered by toki toki and/or the supreme kai of time), with the key sword it has the power of the supreme kai (god) of time and toki toki's (the embodiment of time) power which grants the wielder full manipulation over time

Life Force Manipulation

So the way I see it, He can just go behind him and take his life away, seal all of abillities and then punch him, or revert him back to a old man
