what I mean by equalizations, is that

they will be on your most powerful sversoes, but the powers will be equal to the level of your opponent

example

a goku ssj god and universla level with energy attacks
or superman has a power attack that is not this level

so in the fight
superman's energy attack will happen to have the same level of energy attack of goku

You can't equalize anything other than Speed. AP equalized = No adding.
