about Superman stuff? they have some rules to power scaling to Marvel and DC, cuz if it didnt existed, every character from DC would be tier 0, no cap, ant Aunt May from marvel would be 1-A due some scaling

Low 2-C is the most consistent rating. Nia is the closest you'll get to "accurately scaling DC without rules" pretty sure.

Goku should be 2-B (not by this wiki standards) and superman low 2-C, but superman is usually immeasurable in speed
