Since power and speed are equalized Goku's really only chance here is his Regenerationn saving him from Superman's heat vision. Although he could freeze Goku and then just snap his head off.

Although if he's bloodlusted Superman will just destroy Earth and then Goku will suffocate.

Well since speed is equalized, I'm leaning towards what @lordxcano said and superman does have his freeze and heat vision. Goku does have the superior fighting skills, but that can only take someone so far, so I give this to superman with high difficulty because goku will put up one hell of a fight.

I think Goku takes this mostly since the Kaioken can boost all of his stats, making him more faster than Superman.
