Goku vs Shazam

So considering the previous thread regarding these two was considered unbalanced, I want to redo it with it being more balanced than the first one. This is Cell saga goku and speed will be equalized to prevent any speed stomp. Takes place on a deserted planet namek a few kilometers away from each other. Goku starts off in his base form and can go super saiyan whenever he wants to.
