A: Goku has shown no hax resistance against soul manipulation save for the Devilmite Beam which has the property of not working of someone of pure heart. Usagi's soul manipulation works on anyone, regardless of purity.

B: Usagi has way way way way more haxes then soul manipulation.

Scenario 1: Usagi has better teleportion, her tiara would transmute Goku to dust (Ki Users do have some resistance to transmutation as seen by Vegito but Buu Saga Goku does not scale to Vegito), She's far more casually Solar System Level then Goku, She has better speed in the non-equalized version, her Ultrasonic Crying would destroy the space Goku is in, she can channel power from her future self for more power.

Even Base Sailor Moon is a highely hax mage.

Scenarios 2 and 3: This just isn't fair to Goku, at all. First of all Goku isn't going to be able to do any damage to Usagi who can regenerate from nothingness itself, and has Universe level+ Durability. Sailor Moon can one shot with pure firepower (enough to recreate the cosmos), or hax him to death with one of her many many haxes (like she could point at him and remove his Star Seed, causing him to collapse on all planes, or she could use the Evil Eye Technique brainwashing him, use the Curse Technique altering his fate so he is destined to fall before her). Goku does have some time manipulation resistance, but Sailor Moon can also channel information and power through time, so.....yeah. Also she's acausal, intangible, can absorb his matter and energy, can make his go blind and insane with her presence, can shoot energy beams that erase him from existence etc.)

Goku is a power fighter. Usagi is a hax fighter. Yet you put the two against each other, in forms where Usagi has more power. What do you think is going to happen?

1.-Sailor Moon cannot react to Goku, he ends her in three punches.

2.-Goku is faster in KKX10, Being at least OctillionsTFTL

3.-Her Universal+ Durability is debateable, and Goku can easly do enough damage overtime.

4.-Sailor Moon is inexperienced, naive and lacks any true training on her powers. Goku easily surpasses her in that.

5.-I can always change the battle to Xenoverse Goku, who has Anti-God Hax resistance. That includes mind control and soul hax. (Play Xenoverse, its true.)

6.-Just like last thread, you are using fallacies and baseless statements to put Usagi on a level she is clearly not in.

1: Sailor Cosmos possess "Immeasurable Speed." She can percieve the entire spacetime continuum, wraps spacetime such that 900 years are the same moment, she has limited omnipresence.....she is faster then him. I don't care how MFTL+ he is, until he gains some form of omnipresence, he's still F*cked there

2: No he's not.

3: No it isn't. Sailor Cosmos has Universal Level+ Durabiliy easily.Chaos was warping the entire spacetime continuum and Lambda Usagi's attack reset the entire cosmos, yet Sailor Cosmos's durability was above that.

4: Using the Mercury Crystal, Usagi has an IQ of over 300. Using the Golden Crystal's Trans-Time Telepathy Usagi can gain essentially infinite skill by channeling the information of her future self from any point in time. Also Neo-Queen Serenity has 1,000 years of experience and Sailor Cosmos is far older then her.

5: WTH is"Anti-God Hax"? Also not only is that just two haxes, but you would need to show they are anywhere near Usagi's Level, but Usagi with Lambda power can arguablly affect Mind and Souls on the Universal Scale.

6: Not actually an argument. To save valuable time, stick to actual points.

Sailor Moon's strongest forms have immeasurable speed. Also the Silver Crystal allows one to avoid speedblitzes anyway.

So.....you changed your op in the middle of it because the side you were pushing for was losing?

Whatever, so speed equalization doesn't do much in this case as they have about the same speed and ESM's Silver Crystal protects against speedblitzes anyway with Auto-Shield and the like.

So, in terms of raw power, ESM is probably stronger then regular SSG Goku, but below Kaioken SSG Goku. So let's see if she has the haxes to kill him Pre-Lambda. Moon Gorgeous Meditation might not work because of his Shukan Ido. The tiara wouldn't work because he gets scaled to Vegito's Gumball resistance feat, her astral, spirit, and mind attacks should work though. Also the Ultrasonic Crying would work because it destroys the space one is in. In order to not die Goku would not resistance to Astral, Spiritual, Mental, and Spatial Attacks at least on the level Usagi has been shown to do them and I don't think he has. Combine that with the fact that Usagi can insta-heal herself.....Goku is in trouble to say the least.
